Moong Dhal - 1.5 cup
Rice - 1 cup
Pepper corns - 10
Cumin - 1tbsp
Ginger - 1" inch
Green Chillies - 5
Ghee - 1tbsp
Pressure cook dhal and rice with 5 cups of water.
Fry the cashews in ghee and keep aside.
Heat 1 tsp oil make tadka and mix it in to the cooked dhal, add cashews, salt and garnish with cilantro.
Serve with Samabr and chutney.
