Ingredients:
Cooked toor dhal - 1/2 cup
spinach - 2 cups
Cumin- 1tbsp
Red chillies - 2
Mustard- 1tsp
salt
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil and do tadka with cumin, mustard, and chillies.
Add the spinach and few spoons of water and let it cook for 5 mins.
Mix the cooked dhal to the spinach gravy and let it be in medium heat for 5 mins.
Add salt and garnisg with cilantro
