Another simple, delicious and easy cauliflower curry...

Ingredients:

Cauliflower - 2 cup
Lima beans- handful
Onion - 1/2 cup
Tomatoes - 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp
Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
Paprika - 1tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Cardamom powder - pinch
Cashews - 5
Milk- 1/2 cup
Coconut grated or milk - 1/2cup
Salt
Turmeric powder - 1tsp

Preparation:

Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, paprika, fennel seeds and chopped onions, fry till the onion turns golden brown.
Add the chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste,and turmeric. Fry in low heat.
Grind the cashews and coconut using milk to fine paste.
Mix the paste in to the boiling gravy.
Add the cauliflower and lima beans, mix well in to the gravy.
In medium heat cook for 7 mins, and garnish with cilantro.
Can be served with rice or any Indian breads.
