Super yummy and super easy curry as a side for Rice or Indian bread or even as a spread for whole grain bread.
Ingredients:
Potato (half boiled) - 2 cups
Frozen Peas - 2 cups
Green chillies - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cumin- 1 tsp
Garam masala- 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1tsp
Onion - 1/2 cup
Tomato puree - 3 tbsp
Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan, add the cumin seeds, green chillies, onion and ginger garlic paste. Fry till the onion turns golden brown.
Add the tomato puree, garam masala and turmeric powder.
Mix the chopped potato and let it cook in medium heat with 1 cup of water
When the potatoes are cooked, add the salt and Peas, turn off the heat after two mins.
Garnish with Cilantro.
Serve Hot!! and Enjoy.
PS: Frozen peas takes only two mins to cook.

I want to try making this at home (looks delicious) but I don't think I can get a hold of Garam masala. I'll have to check some online stores.
