Today is our wedding Anniversary! I can't think of anything more than the Baked Souffle for breakfast! Its very filling, tasty and quite different from anything that I baked before :) DH loved it and to my surprise he also got me three wonderful plants (Cilantro, Mint and Begonia).I prefer live plants over the soon to be dead flowers :) Now, my biggest task is to save those lovely plants from Chipmunks and squirrels that proudly shares my patio! Please let me know what you usually do to save your plants from those lil fellas ?
Ingredients: Puff pastry sheets
Spinach - 1cup
Onion diced- 1/4 cup
Yellow Bell pepper diced - 1/4 cup
Black pepper powder- 1 tbsp
Salt- pinch
Cheese of your choice - 1/2 cup
Eggs- 2
Preparation:
Mix the onions, spinach, cumin,salt together, beat the eggs together and gently fold in to the mixture.
Spread the puff sheets in a greased souffle pan, Add the filling and close the four ends of the sheets.
Pre-heat the oven to 350F and bake for 30 mins or till it turns golden brown.
