ReplyDeleteAfter reading most comments about there being no life without onion and garlic, I just wanted to add here that in my home we have been eating Satvik type of Food (without onion & garlic) all my life without ever having felt the need for anything else. We in fact use mix of many spices to enhance taste. Also, Satvik food means one enjoys the natural flavors rather than the acquired ones (from onion/garlic).
ReplyDeleteHi Anonymous,
ReplyDeleteWow! I'm inspired from the way you eat..Which is surely healthy and more energetic. Thanks for stopping by!
