German Desserts!

Travelled to Columbus-Ohio last weekend. Sharing my food experience in the German community restaurant.
There is a German Village in the south of downtown Columbus. The highlights of the society are, so many historic German church stands out elegantly and some authentic restaurants tempt your smell buds when you cross over.
Me and DH happened to have some yum yum in 'Schmidt's' - This is the most significant restaurant in the German village. They serve too many mouth watering classic desserts and German meal.

The moment I entered in, I had my eyes fixed on this Jumbo cream puff which was on display. It was so crowded and you really need to have patience to dine in. Which I don't have :( I had the take-out of cream Puff and German Chocolate cake.
Cream puff was so yumm and the puff had a very nice texture!
We both are not a chocolate fan so dint enjoy the cake as we did with the puff. But the cake was tasting good too! Each layer of the cake was filled with enough cream glaze.

    I am a huge cream puff fan so I vote "yes!" (And seldom eat them) I do like German chocolate cake - okay I like all chocolate cake so I would have tried it also. The photos made me yearn for them.

    Now that's a cream puff! Wow. I'm not a huge chocolate cake fan (love chocolate, brownies, cookies, but not so much the cake) so I'm the cream puff all the way!
