Ingredients:
Grated Carrot - 1 cup
Sprouted Mung- 1 cup
Grated Coconut- 1/4 cup
Lemon juice - 2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Oil- 1 tbsp
Curry leaves-5
Cumin- 1 tbsp
Method:
Heat oil, add the cumin and curry leaves, keep aside.
Mix the grated carrot, coconut, sprouted mung with lemon juice and salt.
Add the cumin and curry leaves, gently mix well.
That's it! ready to munch.
