This is a healthy and totally delicious veggie bean burger with some Cajun spice, sprouts, spinach leaves, tomato and deep fried onion.


Ingredients:
Black Bean cooked - 1 cup
Green pepper diced - 1 /4 cup
Onion diced - 1/4 cup
Mushroom Diced - 1/4 cup
Garlic pods diced - 2
Vinegar marinated Olives - 3
Vinegar marinated carrots - 2
Cajun Spice sauce- 1 tbsp
Paprika - 1tsp
Bread crumbs- for coating
Salt.

Preparation:
Heat oil in a pan and add all the ingredients except bean.
let it cook in medium heat. When it half cooked add the pre cooked beans and salt.
Keep in medium heat for 5 mins. Let cool.
Mash them to coarse paste.
Form a Pattie and give a generous coating in bread crumbs.
Heat pan and lightly fry both sides in oil.
Serve with anything!! It will taste Divine.

Awesome! One of the most pleasant surprises since I went vegetarian (other than my great recent race times) has been how good most homemade veggie burgers are! Note I said homemade; I hate those fake-meat soy products. I'm definitely going to try this one out!

Muneeba - yes I do used the canned one.. It works well. But you have to drain them totally, before grinding.
