Sundal is a very healthy and tasty snack.

Ingredients:
Garbanzo - 2 cups cooked
Red Chillies - 2
Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
Asafotida(Hing) - pinch
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Grated Coconut - 2 tbsp
Curry leaves - 5
Salt

Method;
Heat oil, add mustard, cumin, hing, ginger paste, red chillies, curry leaves and salt.
Mix the cooked garbanzo and saute for a minute and serve.
