Ingredients:
Chopped beans - 1 cup
Cumin - 1 tbsp
Mustard - 1 tsp
Channa dhal - 2 tbsp
Red chillies -3
Curry leaves - 5-6
Cilantro - 1/4 bunch
Salt

Method:
Heat pan with oil and make tadka with cumin, mustard, channa dal, red chillies and curry leaves. Add the chopped beans and let it cook in medium heat for 15 mins.
Add salt and cilantro.
Serve as side with roti or rice

looks delicious.. long beens with rice is also good... try putting some silver swan say sauce in it and it will surely taste good.
